a high-performing digital marketing manager who will be in charge of all the digital channels and use them to drive
brand awareness and generate leads from international markets.
Responsibilities
We
are seeking an experienced IT solutions marketing professional to join our team
in a permanent full-time position. This role will be responsible for overseeing
and growing the traffic on our website and social channels.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring
improvement in organic traffic and search performance on engines primarily
Google and Bing. You will oversee all SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite
optimization and keyword expansion research.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement SEO strategy to achieve
organic traffic growth
- Perform in-depth analysis using Google
Analytics, SEMrush and other similar analytic tools to develop SEO
strategies and provide full technical audits for SEO
- Perform keyword analysis and provide
recommendations to align with business objectives to optimize existing and
new content
- Provide recommendations for content
development in coordination with SEO goals
- Optimize website for mobile-first indexing
– Core web vitals, Schema & Structured Data implementation, Content
guidelines
- Implementation of Google Analytics 4 with
Google Tag Manager tools
- Drive strategy to acquire backlinks that
positively impact organic rankings
- Coordinate with business team to set
monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for SEO and report on overall KPIs
- Manage social channels LinkedIn, Twitter,
Insta, FB for brand building and engagement
- Execute paid promotions – LinkedIn, Google
AdWords, others
- Manage email campaigns in collaboration
with business development team
- Define technical requirements, tasks and
coordinate with design, development, solution marketing teams
Ideal Profile
You will be a great fit if you have experience of
running SEO & Organic campaigns for B2B Digital products at scale for North
America, South Africa and European markets. We’re looking for you if you,
- Have minimum 4+ years of experience in
search engine optimization, search engine technology, and social media
management
- Carry in-depth knowledge and experience on
technical on-page SEO as well as off-page link building tactics
- Demonstrable examples of successful SEO
campaigns involving the execution of critical technical changes
- Are hands-on with web analytics tools
- Have excellent verbal and written
communication skills
- Possess strong independent decision-making,
organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent analytical,
organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web
administration a plus
- GA4 with Tag Manager implementation
experience will be a definite plus
