Adani Total Gas is developing City Gas Distribution (CGD) networks to supply the Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to the Industrial, Commercial, Domestic (residential), and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to the transport sector. Natural Gas is a convenient, reliable, and environment-friendly fuel that allows consumers to enjoy a high level of safety, convenience, and economic efficiency.
The company has already set up city gas distribution networks in Ahmedabad and Vadodara in Gujarat, Faridabad in Haryana, and Khurja in Uttar Pradesh. In addition, the development of Allahabad, Chandigarh, Ernakulam, Panipat, Daman, Dharwad, and Udhamsingh Nagar gas distribution is awarded to a consortium of Adani Total Gas Ltd and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
Objective
The client onboarded KCS with a requirement to develop an extensive vehicle tracking system for collecting all data of the vehicle and its CNG kit. They wanted us to create a system that generates a unique barcode for all the registered vehicles.

The client wanted a quick yet reliable solution to maintain accuracy and uniformity in all the gas stations of Ahmedabad. - The dashboard in the Vehicle Tracking System enables the users to view the statistics of Total No. of Registered Vehicles, Recently Registered Vehicles, Total No. of Renewal Vehicles, Verified Vehicles (unexpired) as well as Non-Verified Vehicles (expired). The users can also view all the information concerning different Gas Stations
- Using the Vehicle Tracking System, Admin users can easily manage minute details of the Gas Station enabling a quicker and reliable work process
- The user can register the new vehicle with the owner’s details, CNG kit as well as vehicle details. The system also prints a barcode sticker for the registered vehicle
- Users can simply get the list of all the registered vehicles. Users can also register new vehicles, modify details or extend the vehicle expiry date
- Our experts rendered an IoT integrated Handheld Windows CE Device to simply scan the barcode of the already registered vehicles. The screen of the device would turn to different colors to depict the near to expire, expired, or good to go vehicles
