- A client was unable to change the name of the current private residence due to the lack of functionality in their existing
- The client was incapable of calculating PR conversion products
- There is no such functionality of adding a new contract for the PR conversion product, thus a client was facing a challenge to maintain such information
- Difficulty to extract various information from different screens and perform the calculation task on another screen
