Challenges
The client was previously utilising a system that was not entirely automated and had certain flaws. As a result, a customer had to deal with several challenges; we've compiled a list of some of the most typical issues that the client had to deal with.
- Traditional systems increased paperwork, expenses and manual errors
- It involved a tiresome spreadsheet with manual entry of various data such as metal purchase, sales, revenue, storage fees etc.
- Historic data identification was cumbersome and time-consuming for the client
- Lack of synchronization and coordination of metal storage data
- The current website was outdated, and a rebrand of the entire website was required to reflect the brand and values in a better manner

Solution
KCS's developers supplied the following solution to the client after retaining all of the client's challenges in the kernel and after a thorough understanding of the requirements:
- Through the enhanced web app client is able now to view the different status of the Gold/Silver metal including the pending, confirmed, out to the bank and delivered orders. They could also view Gold & Silver rates, perform calculator checks, view sales, products and stock.
- The client can now easily get insight into revenue generated through sales
- Through a user-friendly website, users can comfortably buy different Gold & Silver metal
- The users can view their personal details, the order history and payment voices on the go
- The web app enabled two payment options to the users including credit card payment and bank transfer
- Whenever the customer wants to withdraw the Gold or Silver, he will request it from the site. The bank users can easily see these meetings in the calendar for quick scheduling of time
- After logging in, the users can see their annual storage fees for the Gold & Silver storage. The solution also enables the customer to view their storage history
